Returns and refund Policy
Our returns and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless faulty.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Donations
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please send these to hello@powerisbananas.com along with your reason for return and we will reply with details of how to send your item back to us.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
POWER EXPERIENCE REFUNDS
We want to ensure a great experience for all and make it as effortless as possible for everyone to experience POWER and POWER Yin when they want to.
You can cancel your POWER experience up to 24 hrs in advance by emailing hello@powerisbananas.com
We understand that cancellations will occur, but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops others from booking a banana. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time, the session will not be refunded.
POWER Pop-Up bookings (including Full Moon and Solstice) are non-refundable within 7 calendar days of the experience. Bookings of three persons plus are non-refundable within 7 calendar days of the experience. POWER on the Water is non-refundable from time of booking.
For private and corporate hire bookings please refer to your individual hire agreement.
