POWER Solstice ‘on the Beach

Making the most of the beaches surrounding the Home of POWER, the power of nature and the longest day of the year; POWER on the Beach – the Solstice Edition 2023, was extra-special, with the introduction of POWER Yin on the Beach.

POWER on the Beach – high-energy on static bikes – was introduced late in the summer season, 2022. It has fast become a highly-anticipated, week in week out, sell out summer fixture.

The bunch often travel for longer than the duration of their POWER experience, to be part of the weekly sunrise, monthly Full Moon and spontaneous sunset experiences, ‘on the Beach, overlooking the water.

In celebration of Solstice 2023 – the longest day of the year – we simply followed the high-energy experience on bikes with a POWER Yin taster; at both sunrise and sunset, to see how it landed.

It landed brilliantly. The typically high-energy bunch who said they’d never have set foot in an intentionally calm and peaceful ‘movement’ space – POWER Yin – surprised themselves; they noticed how the shift in energy from Yang to Yin allowed ‘everything to settle’. And, they rebooked.
