When Charlie and Fabienne asked us if we would deliver POWER plus POWER Yin for their friend Jo’s 50th birthday, at a private house they’d rented in Andover, it was an absolute “YES” from us.
They chose POWER because they’d experienced POWER before and knew that everyone could be part of it; regardless of their experience, fitness (or hangover).
Many had never scribbled on a POWER banana before and, seeing the sight of a static bike, there were groans of “let’s get this over with”. 45 minutes later, they lept off the bikes with huge grins on their faces, screaming “I hate spinning but I bloody loved that.”
Elaine split the group into two rides. And still not everyone rode a bike, some were simply wearing POWER headphones; dancing and taking in the irresistible, contagious energy POWER creates.
The group then came together, as one, for a grounding POWER Yin practice on the lawn by the river, delivered by Becky.
Jo followed up with this message: “Big huge banana thank you, to you and Becks for coming to do POWER on the Patio and POWER Yin by the river. Loved every second and had the best weekend ever, so happy that you were part of it.”
POWER Gold for Jo was a great example of many, where POWER plus POWER Yin combine to deliver the ultimate in birthday celebrations.
