POWER at the Pavilion
THE LOCATION
The Pavilion, Connolly Way, Graylingwell Park, Chichester, PO19 6DA
WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll be greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome by Elaine.
You’ll be shown your POWER headphones, your banana and pen, and will be given assistance to set up your
bike.
Elaine will guide and motivate you through the experience; how much you move (the intensity/the pace) is up to you.
WHAT TO BRING
A bottle of water and a small towel.
Trainers are ideal. If you’d like to wear cycling shoes please do – please ensure they’re SPD (mountain bike) cleats, and you also have a pair of trainers, just in case your cleats are not compatible.
A POWER banana, a pen, and a set of POWER headphones, will be with your bike, when you arrive.
PARKING
Walking or cycling to The Pavilion is encouraged; there are bike racks just outside.
Parking is limited, in front of The Pavilion and alongside the park. There is an app you can download, to pay for parking – please follow signs in the car park.
If you are having difficulty with the app, please speak to one of us, and allow enough time ahead of your POWER experience to do so.
You will see Visitor parking bays, in the Graylingwell Park development. These spaces require a Visitor pass issued by Graylingwell Park residents, so don’t park there, as you risk upsetting the residents, and we don’t want you getting a parking ticket! Parking is entirely at your own risk
Looking forward to scribbling on a banana with you…
