POWER at Northshore
High energy POWER on bikes with Elaine.
THE LOCATION
Northshore Boatyard, Itchenor, near Chichester, PO20 7AY.
Parking is available in the Itchenor Car Park, PO20 7AE or in Northshore Boatyard itself.
Walk through the Boatyard – you’ll find us close to the water.
WHAT TO BRING
A bottle of water and a small towel.
Trainers are ideal. If you’d like to wear cycling shoes please do – please ensure they’re SPD (mountain bike) cleats, and you also have a pair of trainers, just in case your cleats are not compatible.
A POWER banana, a pen, and a set of POWER headphones, will be with your bike, when you arrive.
POWER at Northshore is an outdoor experience – please wear comfortable clothes, and layers.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We will be amongst the boats and the buzz of Northshore Open Day.
You’ll be greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome by Elaine.
You’ll be shown your POWER headphones, your banana and pen, and will be given assistance to set up your bike.
Elaine will guide and motivate you through the experience; how much you move (the intensity/the pace) is up to you.
THE WEATHER
If it’s raining, POWER at Northshore will go ahead indoors in The Studio, also in the Boatyard.
Looking forward to scribbling on a banana with you…
