THANK YOU, Elaine, for sharing your time, talent and care. Your commitment to everyone who showed up was evident; you made us feel seen. A superpower.
Melissa Mullen, Global Brand President, Sweaty Betty
What began with a conversation and a bold idea quickly evolved into a partnership spanning multiple years, audiences and experiences.
Since 2022, POWER has worked with Sweaty Betty and the Sweaty Betty Foundation across fundraising initiatives, leadership experiences, team wellbeing programmes, community events and brand activations, creating opportunities for people to move, connect and share meaningful experiences together.
The partnership began with a simple question: what if POWER happened 450 feet above Brighton?
That question led to a fundraising event at the i360 in support of the Sweaty Betty Foundation. Just under a year later, Olympian Mica Moore, Dr Zoe Williams, Tamara Hill-Norton and an incredible bunch of women gathered above the city skyline, raising funds and awareness for the Foundation while experiencing POWER together in one of its most memorable settings.
POWER was then invited into Sweaty Betty’s Head Office as part of its Embrace The Pace programme, helping colleagues connect away from their screens and live the company’s belief that our strength is in each other. What began with staff experiences soon expanded to include dedicated experiences for senior leaders, including Melissa Mullen and the Leadership Team.
What began with a single question continued to evolve in ways that reflected the spirit of the partnership itself: curiosity, courage and a willingness to explore what might be possible.
At the Royal Parks Half Marathon, Elaine swapped headphones for a megaphone, delivering moments of bananachat to thousands of runners passing through Trafalgar Square as part of Sweaty Betty’s cheer mile activation.
“Elaine, your words were inspiring even to those of us who weren’t running – such power.”
Angharad Carter-Clout, SVP of Finance, Sweaty Betty
At Battersea Power Station, Elaine joined a Women in Business panel alongside Tamara Hill-Norton, Founder of Sweaty Betty, and Melissa Mullen, Global Brand President. The event celebrated International Women’s Day while raising funds and awareness for the Sweaty Betty Foundation.
Afterwards, POWER brought together a community moving, walking, running and dancing beneath the iconic chimneys of one of London’s most recognisable landmarks.
The partnership also extended to leadership development and offsite experiences, creating space for reflection, connection and clarity before important conversations and decisions.
Along the way, POWER was invited to headline experiences at The Shard alongside Dame Kelly Holmes and, in 2026, returned once again to celebrate ten years of Sweaty Betty’s POWER collection, bringing colleagues together through movement, music, headphones, bananas and connection.

What makes this partnership so special is not the variety of experiences, but the consistency of the invitation.
Each experience was different.
The intention remained the same.
To create opportunities for people to connect with themselves, with one another and with something bigger than the demands of the day.
For us, this partnership demonstrates what’s possible when an organisation commits to creating connection across every level of its business, from foundations and fundraising to leadership teams, head office staff and the wider community.
