I’m so filled up. My heart is so full. I can’t stop smiling. That was just amazing. Such a wonderful experience to be out running in nature and to see people doing their own thing. It was interesting because even people who were sat at their desks typing or not moving that much in the beginning, by the end they were moving, they were dancing, screens were on.
