Bacardi wanted to create a virtual movement experience for their staff, as part of their Advanced Leadership Program, in Miami. They wanted their staff to have some time for their mental and physical health during a busy 10 day program, and an opportunity to process all the great thinking they’d be doing.
In 2022, we delivered two high-energy experiences, across the ten day program. And, in 2024, we delivered a calm and peaceful POWER Yin experience, at sunrise; accessible from the primos’ hotel rooms, to set them up for their day.
Elaine’s spontaneous playful approach created a unique, connected, energetic, and empowering start to the day that had a lasting and powerful impression on the primos (staff) at Bacardi.
